Hi guys, My name is Fiona and I am a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and holistic health coach. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 6 years now and have worked with clients from all walks of life. I pride myself firstly on being able to engage with my clients and making positive impacts in there lives.
Secondly, I pride myself on using proven methods in my training activities ensuring that all my clients get the best individual approach addressing their specific needs in the most safe and efficient way. Finally I ensure our sessions are enjoyable and progressive.

I have worked with a wide range of clients and understand that all clients are different. I access clients eating habits and give them realistic advice on how they can maximise results through nutrition.
Nutrition plans are customised and personalised to the individual's goals, experience and lifestyle as one size never fits all. To simplify the process I will provide you with recipes and a shopping list.. all you have to do is follow the plan.
